Changes to e-collections

e-collections changes released 15th/16th September give the option for brokers to print documents locally and a quick address function added to reduce processing time.

The following changes have been made to e-collections:

Option to print documents locally
- There is now the option for brokers to print documents locally. The preferred option is for these still to be sent for central processing by Customer Accounts in Perth however, we recognise the need and want for some documents to be printed at the time of processing in the brokers office.

Quick Address Function
- A quick address function has been added to reduce processing time in the system. This removes the need to type all details of the client's address and will now operate similarly to other internet sites using postcode to enable the address to be chosen.

If you've any questions on these changes or any other issues relating to e-collections, please call our e-collections support team on 0845 3007638.
