A number of Commercial Fleet claims previously handled in Birmingham have now moved to Norwich.

The move affects Commercial Fleet policies for Bonus that include VIC, VCO or VFLi90 in the policy number.

Both new and existing claims for these policies are now handled by the Specialist Claims Team in Norwich on 0870 024 0300 (fax 01603 844555).
