Minifleet factfinder and quotation form
Here are the new updated versions of the Minfleet Factfinder and Quotation Form.
Minifleet Factfinder now includes Sections 1.1 (Use and Ownership) and 1.2 (Driver Profile). These are compulsory for New Business Proposals. There are two new Sections 1.3 (Operators Licence) and 1.4 (Employment Policy).
In the Minifleet Quotation Form Section 2 (Drivers) - questions (a) to (e) are compulsory for New Business Proposals and Section 3 (Vehicles) questions (a) to (c) likewise are compulsory for New Business.
