For anything complicated, we'll send a specialist Home Claims Advisor to the customer's home to professionally manage the claim through with minimal fuss.

• Entries shall be open to all insurance brokers with a Norwich Union agency who have sent an email containing an answer to the question 'If there is one thing you would like us to change about Norwich Union Distinct what would it be?' and their name/company's name, their job title, their company address and telephone number to Win@norwich-union.co.uk by close of business 15th April 2008, except employees of NUI and anyone else connected with the promotion.
• No purchase necessary.
• The prizes for the free prize draw are the first prize, which are vouchers from Mappin & Webb, to the value of £500, subject to terms and conditions detailed on the vouchers.
• The 3 runner up prizes are RAC Sat Nav 215 Europe systems.
• The winners will be drawn at random from all completed entires on the close of business 15th April 2008. T
