Commercial package functionality via E-Services will be unavailable from 1pm Saturday 12 until 8am Monday 14 April.

This will impact all the commercial package products accessed via E-Services - Self Employed, Office & Surgery, Pub, Restaurant & Hotel, Residential Property Owners and Shop & Salon.

We have enhanced our rates so that they perform flood rating on multiple premises. From now the system will rate all premises for flood rather than just the first one. However, for the moment this will happen if the number of the premises is the only thing keyed into "Address line 1".
