E-Services policies on Direct Debit
Please note that any details input into E-broking for Direct Debit purposes between 23rd April 2008 from 11am and 25th April 2008 5pm where you did not receive an error message then you can contact us on 0845 3007638 for confirmation that clients details have been received by Norwich Union.
This was due to some issues on e-services during this time that could have caused some problems regarding payments on Direct Debit.
