Following on from our earlier communication in June's "What's Happening" where we detailed our changes surrounding the removal of monthly premium protection cover from our Home and Motor policies - effective from the 5th July for all products apart from Distinct products, which will have the cover removed from the 9th July.

We have now amended the Policy documents to remove any references to the cover and existing customers will have this cover removed at next renewal date. To make this clear for our customers, we have created new notices to policy holders for all Distinct products (BMPJG5519) and non-Distinct motor products (BCOTR1263), and updated the household notice to policy holders (BHHHP2438).

All the other documents that you need to use have kept the same reference numbers, except for MTPC0171, Private Car Application Form, which now has the reference BMOPC5234. The only other change that you need to make is to stop ordering the Monthly Premium Protection leaflets (BHHLN1975 for Household and BMOJC2656 for Motor).
