This autumn, we'll be running local broker surveys over the phone to ask you how your call to us was handled and for you to raise important issues.

So if you call us and, at the end, we ask if you mind being put through to our two-minute, touch-button survey, please say 'yes'.

At the end of the survey, you'll be given the opportunity to record a comment. We've found your thoughts invaluable in the past as it really helps us to understand your needs.

So good or bad, we welcome your feedback. In the past, our telephone surveys have led to significant improvements being made, including the introduction of dedicated servicing teams.

The surveys will be offered across all our Personal Lines, Small Business and local branch locations. For details of when the survey's coming to you, please contact your account manager.
