The Development Zone is an interactive service, enabling you to manage the training and development of your staff more effectively with a comprehensive range of online staff training and development services.
It also helps you to demonstrate the management of training and development plans particularly important with the advent of GISC/FSA.
The Development Zone is an extremely convenient and cost effective means of planning, implementing and monitoring training programmes.
Annual Licence
The following costs are based on an annual licence per user:

| 1 - 10 | £250 + VAT minimum charge |
| 11 - 49 | £25 per person + VAT |
| 50+ | Staff £25 per person |
Payments are made to Norwich Union who will invoice you after the service has been set up.

Within normal working hours, you will receive a response within 2 hours of submitting your query. Outside working hours, within 2 hours of receipt of your query.
You can choose to cancel the service, however please note that the fee is non-refundable.
