Registration terms and conditions
By signing up for Development Zone online you are accepting the payment terms as detailed in the costing model. You will be invoiced shortly after successfully signing up.
To subscribe to the Norwich Union Development Zone, complete the onsite application form to Norwich Union. Your access to the Service will be provided within 2 working days of receipt by Norwich Union within normal working hours.
An invoice for the annual service fee will be submitted to you on receipt of your application and will be payable within 30 days from the date of the invoice.
If payment is not received within the 30 day period your access to the service will be revoked.
You undertake to register all users of the service to whom you provide access and to ensure that the Service is used for internal training purposes by such registered users only. (Use by unauthorised users may result in your access to the service being revoked with no refund of the annual service fee).
LRI may terminate your access to the service at any time on giving 1 month's notice. If this happens you will be refunded for any complete months after the date of termination for which you have paid.
If you terminate the service the annual service fee is non-refundable unless a return of fees is agreed by Norwich Union in their absolute discretion prior to such termination.
In the event that You or any User experiences difficulties with the service, please contact e-broking support.
You will receive 13 months' access to the service for the first annual service fee. LRI will invoice you for each further 12 month period one month before the service fee for renewal is due. You must pay the renewal service fee within 30 days of the invoice, failure to do so will result in your access to the service being revoked.
Please note, that by agreeing to the terms and conditions and on completion of the registration form, you will be invoiced the full amount for this service.
