As a large organisation, Norwich Union has expertise in a number of areas which smaller companies may find valuable, e.g. Human Resources, Strategy and Planning and Marketing Services.
We would like to share this expertise with you and we plan to run a number of Master Class sessions nationally covering various topical issues. Each topic will be delivered by an expert in that field.
We have successfully completed our first set of Master Classes in the topic of Human Resources and Learning and Development. The information delivered covered the principles, practices and processes followed at Norwich Union. It was also an opportunity for intermediaries to share views and debate their best practice around training and competence.
